Who can sign up, what you’ll need and how verification works.
Click ‘Open Your Free Account’, enter your name, email and country, then create a password. You’ll be asked to verify your identity with an ID document and proof of address, and once the team approves them you can choose an account level and make your first deposit.
Yes. Signing up and completing verification cost nothing. You only need to add money once you want to place a trade, and the minimum deposit depends on the account level you choose, starting from $1,500 for Essential. You can compare every level on the Account Types page.
Most applications are reviewed quickly once clear documents are uploaded, although timing can vary if the team needs a second look. Make sure your ID is valid, your proof of address is recent and the details match what you entered at sign-up, so the review goes smoothly.
Anyone over 18 who lives in a country where FighterPulse accepts clients can apply. You’ll need valid identification and proof of address in your own name. Availability can depend on local regulations, so the support team can confirm if accounts are open in your country.
Yes. You can update your email, phone number and address from your account settings, although some changes need a new document to confirm them. A change of name or country of residence goes through the support team, who’ll let you know exactly what’s needed.
How money moves in and out of your account.
Sign in, go to the deposit section of your dashboard and choose a payment method. Enter the amount, check the details and any fees, then confirm. Your balance updates as soon as the payment is processed, and the funds can be used across all six markets straight away.
It depends on your account level. Essential starts from $1,500 and Elite from $25,000, while VIP requirements are agreed with the team when you apply. You’ll see the minimum for your chosen level before you confirm your first deposit, along with any fees for your payment method.
Request a withdrawal from your dashboard, enter the amount and confirm it with your login security code. The team runs a short security review, then sends the money back to the verified method you deposited with. You can follow the status of the request in your account.
Withdrawals normally go back to the method you used to deposit, as anti-money-laundering rules require across the industry. If you can’t use that method, for example because a card has expired, get in touch with support and they’ll set up an alternative in your own name.
Timings depend on your payment method and on how quickly your bank or provider processes the payment, so they can vary. The processing information for your chosen method appears before you confirm, and you can follow the status of every request from your dashboard.
What you can trade and how trading works on the platform.
You can trade stocks, forex, crypto, indices, commodities and metals from a single FighterPulse account. Each market page explains what tends to move those prices, and the Trading Conditions page lists the individual instruments, trading hours and spreads for each one.
Most markets are open 24 hours a day, five days a week, with stock and index hours following each exchange’s sessions. Crypto trades through the weekend. Exact hours for every instrument, including any daily breaks, can be checked on the Trading Conditions page.
A CFD, or contract for difference, lets you trade on the price movement of an asset without owning it. You can take a position on prices rising or falling, and your result is the difference between the opening and closing price. CFDs carry a high level of risk, especially when traded with leverage.
Yes. You can open a sell position on any instrument if you expect the price to fall, and the position gains if the price drops and loses if it rises. Short positions use the same order types and risk tools as buy trades, including stop loss and take profit.
If losses bring your equity close to the margin you’re using, you may get a margin call asking you to add funds or reduce positions. If the margin level keeps falling, positions can be closed automatically to limit further losses, and negative balance protection keeps your balance from going below zero.
The tools on every account and the devices you can use.
Each account comes with the Market Overview, the Currency Heatmap, the Crypto Coins Heatmap and the Economic Calendar, along with live charts, technical indicators and price alerts. The tools are the same on every account level, starting with your first deposit.
Yes. Every market, chart and account tool from desktop is available on your phone, using the same login. You can set price alerts, manage open positions and deposit or withdraw funds from your phone wherever you happen to be that day.
Market briefings from the team come with Elite and VIP accounts and cover the week’s key economic releases, rate decisions and company results. Every account also gets the economic calendar and the market guides on the blog, so you can follow what’s scheduled on any level.
Yes. The four market tools are open to everyone on the FighterPulse website, so you can use them before signing up. Once you have an account, they also sit inside the platform beside your charts and open positions, so your research and your trades are in one place.
Yes. You can set an alert on any instrument at the price you choose, and you’ll get a notification on your desktop or phone when it’s reached. Alerts are useful for following a level around a news release without watching the chart.
Keeping your account safe and reaching the team.
Your personal details and verification documents are stored securely, encrypted in transit and only used for verifying and managing your account. FighterPulse doesn’t sell your data, and the Privacy Policy explains in full how it’s handled and how long it’s kept.
Two-factor authentication adds a second step to signing in, usually a one-time code from an authenticator app or text message. Even if someone learns your password, they can’t access your account without that code, so it’s one of the simplest ways to protect your trading account.
The support team is available 24 hours a day, five days a week, while the markets are open. You can reach them by phone, email or the contact form, and Elite and VIP clients also have direct contact with their own account manager.
Withdraw any remaining balance, close open positions and contact the support team to request closure. They’ll confirm your identity, check there’s nothing pending on the account and let you know once it’s closed. Some records are kept for a set period to meet legal requirements.
The support team can explain how markets, tools and account features work. Recommending trades or giving personal financial advice sits outside their role, so choosing what to trade and when is up to you. The blog’s market guides [link to: Blog] explain the forces behind price moves.
